Each member of our team brings their own strengths, teaching style, and cultural insight, all grounded in a shared commitment to supportive, enjoyable learning.
Teaching Italian to adults began by chance, but it quickly became my true passion. I love making the learning process simple, natural and enjoyable, and nothing is more rewarding than supporting students, whether they’re starting from scratch or refining their skills.
Together, we aim to create a space where learners can share their love for Italy and the bella lingua italiana.
I’m a native Italian speaker and hold a PGCE in Adult Teaching and Learning from Northumbria University.

Antonella Rea
My love for the Italian language has shaped both my academic and professional journey. I hold a degree in Modern Literature from Italy and have many years of experience teaching learners of all levels.
Since moving to Newcastle, I’ve specialised in adult education and enjoy creating engaging learning materials. I have published Centro Italia with Ornimi Editions, a book designed for advanced Italian students.
Alongside my teaching, I also support GCSE and A-Level candidates as both a tutor and an oral examiner.
