Pranzo all’italiana: A Ferragosto Celebration

You are warmly invited to join us for Pranzo all’italiana, a relaxed community gathering to celebrate Ferragosto, Italy’s much‑loved midsummer holiday. Traditionally held on 15th August, Ferragosto is a moment for family, friends, and food, centred around an abundant lunchtime feast that brings people together.

This year, we will mark the occasion a little early with an afternoon of Italian hospitality, shared stories, and the flavours of a traditional domenica italiana, all set in the welcoming surroundings of Clara Vale Village Hall.

Guests will enjoy a generous selection of classic piatti della domenica , Sunday dishes from across Italy, freshly prepared by Bouchon Bistrot’s Head Chef, Nicolas Kleist. The afternoon will also include light‑hearted Italian language games and a cultural quiz, perfect for creating a sense of connection and shared enjoyment.
