L'italiano in cucina: un menu per l'estate

Join us for a relaxed and engaging morning of Italian cookery, conversation and culture. Together, we will prepare a selection of summery regional dishes. Using authentic Italian recipes, we will explore language and cuisine side by side, before sitting down to enjoy the meal we have created together.

The workshop is open to all levels of Italian. Whether you are just beginning or already confident, the emphasis will be on enjoying the process, learning through doing, and connecting over good food. The atmosphere will be informal and supportive, with plenty of opportunities to use Italian throughout the session, in the kitchen, at the table, and in conversation.

Things to Bring  

• Apron, to keep your clothes protected while cooking

• Chopping board, for your personal use during the workshop

• Notebook and pen, to jot down new vocabulary or recipe tips
